4th April (Saturday)
Woke up late for lunch with Yanxuan at town HAHA SORRY BB We had 18Chefs for lunch because it had been quite some time since we'd last been there. After that, we headed to The Cathay for Milkcow o(＾▽＾)o I actually wanted to try a new flavour but ended up ordering the original one out of habit...lol We wandered around town after dessert ^^


6th April (Monday)
WENT BACK TO CRESCENT WITH KELLIE HURHURHUR ⊂二二二（　＾ω＾）二⊃ And Kellie was actually early for once omg

The vegetarian stall auntie told us about how the chee cheong fun sauce was actually taught to her by some restaurant chef, as well as their chili paste. Her husband used to be a restaurant manager and was very respected, according to her, and that's how they managed to get all the recipes. Sadly, the uncle died of brain cancer a few years back :( "沒有辦法，這是命。現在都不知道誰幾時會走。" 

It's funny how we frequented the stall for 4 years but never knew of the story behind it until after we graduated. 



Coincidentally, Tracy and Ryanna came back to visit on that day too! And coincidentally that day was the day of Enrollment Ceremony lmao


After that, Kellie and I headed to town! She went off for dance practice while I met Elyse for dinner hehe


Then we headed to IKEA because Elyse had to run an errand lol such is the life of a poor intern.

I can't believe I only have one week of holidays left. Granted, I only have two weeks' of holidays in the first place, but still :| How does time pass so fast...

On Wednesday and Thursday, I went back to my attachment childcare centre to do some relief teaching (in this case, relief teaching basically meant I was just a teacher's assistant LOL)! I was quite excited because the kids there always come up with something different from me to handle and learn from, and I got to interact with children other than the K2s for once. I shuffled in between the Nursery and Toddler groups, and both of them are so cute in their own ways sobs The toddlers are exceptionally adorable though, because they're squishier and they don't talk as much HAHA On Wednesday, I patted a child to sleep for the first time in my life, and on Thursday I washed the toddlers' milk bottles, which was also a first experience for me. I had a lot of fun too, and I can't wait to go back there next Monday hehe. 

Friday was my interview for NFC's scholarship, and it went surprisingly well! We had a group activity (where we had to pretend we were in a project group/meeting and discuss solutions to a problems with people observing us...it was weird), a one-on-one interview and a panel interview. The interviews were pretty relaxed because they mostly asked about me, and talking about myself is one of my best skills, I think HAHAHA I talked so much until my mouth went dry and my throat started to hurt 8( I'm glad we finally got it over and done with though, and who would've thought that I even got to make new friends from ECH through this :') 

The interview ended earlier than I'd expected, which also meant I got to attend the 4S1'12 Seoul Garden lunch which I thought I wouldn't be able to make it for!! I was so excited to see all of them, I missed them so much ;ㅅ; Especially when I was talking about my days in CGS during my interviews 8( Sat with Gin, Olivia and Christabel for lunch, and can I just proclaim how much I love Seoul Garden's teriyaki chicken?!?! Gin and Olivia prefer the bulgogi beef, but that's the only two meat I always eat at Seoul Garden anyway so HAHA


On Saturday, I accompanied Mummy and Daddy to Novena Square to collect stuff for one of the runs they signed up for. They've been going for a lot of runs and walk-a-thons together recently, and I actually think that's really sweet :') My dad's always been busy with work, so now that he's on a break I like how he's starting to spend more time with my mum n_n


After that, we went for dinner at a restaurant in NUS for my Ah Ma's 80th birthday dinner! While we were trying to find our way to the place, we saw lots of students dressed formally, and I thought some NUS students were having their graduation prom or something. Then, when I went to the toilet after we found the restaurant/our table...GUESS WHO I SAW.

I was seriously so surprised to see her there; she was the first person I saw once I pushed the toilet door open HAHA Apparently the students in formal wear weren't NUS graduates - they were the NPSU members omg. How small is this world ㅇㅅㅇ


OH YEAH AND TODAY, I FINALLY GOT MY SONY NEW 3N!!! Shaun said I was a victim of advertising, and I admit that. I only decided to get it because I saw the ad for it at the Orchard MRT, but I regret nothing because the reviews for it are actually quite good and I'M NOT SOMEONE WHO REGRETS HER CHOICES OK. So yeah, Natacia and I got down to some product testing (aka SPAMMING SELCAS HAHAHA)

After three months, I finally went back to my alma mater! The previous day I was going through my (pretty extensive) tweet archive and reading all the tweets made me miss Crescent a lot 8(

I'd originally arranged to meet Syahirah and Mao Ning at Redhill MRT, but Mao Ning pangseh'd us at the last minute (though she did come in the end n_n) and Syahirah was late, so I went to TBP to buy the both of us Gong Cha~ I'm so nice please, and Syahirah still insists I'm a bully psh. Decided to try something new this time around and got Gong Cha Milk Dessert even though I didnt know what was in it LOL But you can never go wrong with milk, right? Even if I have a sensitive stomach and always need to poop after eating/drinking dairy products lolol If I'm not wrong the drink consists of the usual pearls, plus grass jelly, Meiji milk and Gong Cha milk...TOTAL EXPLOSIVE LAOSAI INGREDIENTS OK but w/e I love Meiji Milk + Gong Cha milk so 8D It tasted...ok. And yes, I still needed to poop after that LOL Especially because I ate a Paddle Pop while leaving the house HAHA

But in the end, I was later than Syahirah and she had to wait for me HAHA We walked to school, and it really reminded me those early mornings when I sometimes met Syahirah/Karl Ann on the way to the school ;ㅅ; We finally collected our graduation certs (Syahirah forgot her index number already, can you believe it), and then we waited in the foyer for Felicia Ma'am ^ㅅ^


My cert~! They put it in a (sort of) fancy folder, including our testimonials and CCA achievements. Reading my testimonial nearly made me gag because I remember how we had to come up with ways to praise ourselves last year HAHA

Felicia Ma'am arrived while I took a trip to the toilet, and we went to see the Guide juniors~ The Sec 1 juniors' skirts were super long, as expected, and they all really look so young and fresh and...junior-ish HAHA AND OMG I JUST REALISED THAT THEY WERE ALL BORN IN 2000 OMGWTFBBQ

I'd be lying if I said I missed the days when we fell in in the basketball court, but I do miss the moments during fall in, when Kellie and I danced and sung in our spots ㅠ_ㅠ We then went to the Comm Arts room for farewell, and all the Sec 2 and 3 Guides sang the Welcome Song for us HAHAHA SO PAISEH PLEASE. 

OH and on the way there, Syahirah spotted Mrs Gek!! She was just about to enter her staff room, so we screamed her name and waved at her, and she smiled and waved back :') Then Syahirah went "WAIT FOR US!" but by the time we ran down she was already going in LOLOLOL 


This year's theme was Cartoons, and the way they cropped the Sec 4s' faces onto the cartoon characters was super funny because they changed the hues of the faces to match the cartoon's colour as well HAHA Our theme for farewell last year was Movies, but because of technical difficulties I never got to learn what my movie was  (╬ ಠ益ಠ)


The food for farewell this year. The wrap contained lettuce, ham, cucumbers and egg :3 It was...edible, nothing to rave about lol But as one of the people who was in charge of Food once, I know how difficult it is to organize everything, so I finished it all hehe n_n 

I didn't cry during the handover, but I was really, really proud when Tracy and Grace passed over the roles of QM to Mon Myint and Vivien. To think that just one year ago, Mao Ning and I were on that stage, giving Tracy and Grace their QM presents...I don't know. It's a queer feeling. Kind of like seeing your babies grow up and having their own babies HAHAHA 

Kiddos broke up for patrol/level talk after that, while the alumni stood in one corner taking selcas HAHA After some loitering about, we then walked to Redhill MRT together, before I headed to TBP to meet the family for dinner :3

I spent an hour wandering around TBP, looking for a yellow shirt to wear for the first day of HMS FOW 2013, and I finally found two nice ones in John Little HAHAHA #budgetrachel Ok actually I only really liked one of them, but the smallest size left was M, and though it looked nice at first, the more I looked at it the weirder it look 8( So I ended up getting the basic tee sobs. On the bright side, it was only $8 so~ n_n Mummy miraculously texted me after that, saying she'd arrived, so I went to meet her, and then we went to my optician to get my degree checked since during my medical check-up the doctor had said my degree had probably gone up. The woman there told me to take my lenses out, and said I had to wait about 10 minutes for my eyes to adjust. Then she said the guy who usually did the eye checks was out for dinner, so I had to wait, and we decided to go for dinner first.

So basically...I was walking around TBP without any visual aid lol Everything was so blur @ㅅ@ According to my optician, though, my myopia prescription went down! ヽ（；▽；）ノ But...my astigmatism increased ;ㅅ; SO WHAT'S THE POINT LOL Oh well, at least now I have a new batch of contact lenses + a new pair of glasses to look forward to! I originally planned on choosing a brown frame, but they didn't have any nice ones, so somehow I ended up choosing a dark purple one with a pink inner side...I SWEAR IT WASN'T ON PURPOSE LMAO I guess I just have a lot of fate with these two colours ╮ (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.) ╭
